Service Description
We considered all installations a 4 hr. rental unless they are grab and go services. Our backdrops and props are considered add-ons and incur an additional charge. Please provide as much notice as possible, as some request may require specific products to be ordered in advance. Thank you in advance and we look forward to creating the perfect balloon installation for your celebration!
Cancellation Policy
We acknowledge that unexpected events may occur. Regrettably, all sales are final, and no refunds can be provided under any circumstances. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, you may be granted a one-time rescheduling option for a future workshop, based on availability. We appreciate your understanding, thank you for your support, and look forward to welcoming you in the future.
